- Organised a series of 10 fortnightly events in and around Edinburgh for up to 75 participants of varying abilities
- Required good communication with numerous parties in order to acquire permission to hold the events and ensure that they ran without interruption

- Technical Lead for an event with over 600 participants from around the world that brought in £xxxx in revenue
- Involved managing Entries, Results & Timing Systems. Created several tools to complete complex tasks that would have taken significant time if done manually
- Designed & Managed Course Layouts and liaised with a printing company to ensure the highest quality was achieved

- Co-organised the primary lead-up event for the World Orienteering Championships
- Primarily responsible for event logistics, including transport of kit, volunteers and competitors
Nov 2023 - Jul 2024
- Primarily a member of the IT team responsible for telemetry devices. Designed and implemented ~3.5km worth of cable routes across a university campus, allowing for sub-second telemetry data that was broadcast on live TV to ~xx viewers
- Acted as website assistant (woc2024.org), designing multiple web pages and liasing with sponsor coordinator to ensure correct representation
- Brought in late on to help coordinate ~300 volunteers for 3 tightly packed races

- Primary organiser for a major event bringing in £12500 in profit
- Acted as technical lead (similar to 2024)
- Had to deal with a last minute cancellation and subsequent rescheduling of a race due to a red weather warning

- Designed & maintained WordPress sites for Edinburgh University Orientering Club and the UK Elite Orienteering League
